Order Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

A confirmation email is sent when your order is placed, and another email with tracking information will follow once your order ships.
Shipping Within Canada
We currently ship exclusively within Canada.
Rates & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: $6.99 CAD (3–7 business days)
Shipping timelines depend on your location and the carrier’s delivery schedule.
International Shipping
We don’t offer international shipping yet, but we’re actively working toward it. Supporting gut health around the world is part of our mission, and we aim to open shipping to select regions as we grow.

Tracking & Delivery Issues
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
If your package:
