Unopened product

You’re eligible for a full refund once we receive your returned package.
(Return shipping is not prepaid.)

Opened product

If you tried GUTLETE and it wasn’t the right fit, keep it, no need to send it back.
We’ll refund your first purchase only (either a one-time order or your first subscription order).

Non-refundable costs

Original shipping, handling, and package protection fees are not refundable.
